How will my paint be shipped and arrive?

We sometimes get asked how our products are shipped. Well, here at Paint Depot we spend an awful lot of time during the packing and shipping process ensuring our paint arrives safely and securely.

We ship using three sizes of box, each one specifically designed to withstand the stresses of a busy courier network system.

All our packaging meets the very highest EU approved standards and is actually drop tested upto 14 times from a height of upto 2m!

Each tin of paint we ship is 'tin clipped' and the lid taped before being photographed for our records and the placed snuggly inside the box using 'paint inserts' safely protecting the paint from damage.

Our main daily courier is DPD, who offer a fantastic service to customers with the added extra 2-hour delivery window on day of delivery which has proved extremely successful.

Of course, accidents can still happen, but rest assured we do absolutely everything we possibly can to help prevent damages in transit.

Furthermore, if your paint arrives damaged, we will either collect and replace or collect and refund absolutely free of charge.
