Farrow and Ball All White No.2005.
All White is exactly what it says! It unusually contains no other pigment except white and creates the softest most sympathetic white with none of the uncomfortable cold blue feeling of a brilliant white. It is often used on woodwork and ceilings to bring out the colour in other soft whites like Dimity or Strong White or with stronger tones to create a fresh clean contrast. Use White and Light Tones Undercoat.

In such unusual circumstances that are changing daily, and with high volumes of orders at the moment, we are ensuring our warehouse and production team is working safely with social distancing measures, as are our couriers, all of which mean our lead times are extended way beyond our standard service.
There are many reasons why the lead times have changed, including volume, safety and health considerations for our team members in production and despatch, the capacity of our carriers and their safety, and the effect of sickness on staffing levels - all of which are very fluid and changing rapidly at the moment in such unusual times. We usually ship within 3-5 working days from your date of ordering. However, sometimes it can take a little longer dependent on whether it's a busy period or we have the item(s) in stock - with this in mind, please don't have a decorator on-site until you have had confirmation your order has been shipped. If it is a stock item, we will usually ship same day.
If you have been notified that your order is out of stock. Don't panic, out of stock items don't usually take too long to come back in stock. However, if you have decorators on standby it may be worth letting them though so they can rearrange your works.
Yes, of course you can change your delivery address after your order has been placed. To do this you can log in to your account and as long as your order hasn't already been shipped you can change your delivery address there. Alternatively, you can email one of our advisors who will be happy to do this for you if you prefer.
Yes. For UK orders, as long as you notify us within 14 days you can send your order back (at your own expense) for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges). Excluding any specially ordered product. For further details, please visit our Returns Policy.
Yes. You can have your items shipped on Express. Express orders usually take 1-3 working days (not including weekends, bank holidays etc) and must be placed before 3pm. There are also restrictions with certain remote postcodes - for a full list see our full deliveries page for details.
