Dear Customer - Our warehouse is working throughout the current restrictions with deliveries taking approx 3-5 working days to complete, but please allow extra time as delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Thank you for your patience.


All of us at Paint Depot are watching as events unfold like yourselves and our primary concern is for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and you – our customers.

I would like to reassure you that we are following all of the necessary Government guidelines to ensure no one who either works or shops with us are put under any greater risk.

CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?

Yes. you can still order directly from our website or through Customer Services. Our team are safely working from home and set up to take orders by email info@paintdepot.co.uk.

Please keep in mind that our Customer Services team are currently dealing with extremely high volumes of emails but will respond to your queries as soon as they’re able. We appreciate you bearing with us in this especially busy period.

We are doing our very best to ensure all orders are fulfilled and quickly and safely as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND PROCESS?

We aim to process all refunds within 3–5 working days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Please email our Customer Services team on email info@paintdepot.co.uk and they’ll help you cancel any pending orders.
