CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU?
Yes. you can still order directly from our website or through Customer Services. Our team are safely working from home and set up to take orders by email email@example.com.
Please keep in mind that our Customer Services team are currently dealing with extremely high volumes of emails but will respond to your queries as soon as they’re able. We appreciate you bearing with us in this especially busy period.
We are doing our very best to ensure all orders are fulfilled and quickly and safely as possible.
WILL YOUR DELIVERY SERVICES BE AFFECTED?
We’ve adjusted our delivery services to help our teams handle the unprecedented level of demand we’re experiencing. As such, our express delivery is currently suspended. Our standard delivery service is still available, but please note that we’re currently allowing 3-5 WORKING DAYS (see below for full details) to fulfill standard delivery orders rather than our usual 3-5 days.
DELIVERY UPDATE (12/04/20):
Farrow and Ball: We are dispatching most online orders within 3-5n working days but please note that some orders can take up to 14 days due to the social distancing measures (subject to change).
Little Greene Paint Co: We are currently working of up to 3-5 working days for delivery (subject to change).
Sanderson & Zoffany: We are currently working average 3-5 working days for delivery (subject to change).
Designers Guild: We are currently working average 7-10 working days for delivery (subject to change).
Mylands: We are currently working average 7-10 working days for delivery (subject to change).
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND PROCESS?
We aim to process all refunds within 3–5 working days.
