We usually ship within 3-5 working days from your date of ordering. However, sometimes it can take a little longer dependent on whether it's a busy period or we have the item(s) in stock - with this in mind, please don't have a decorator on-site until you have had confirmation your order has been shipped. If it is a stock item, we will usually ship same day.
If you have been notified that your order is out of stock. Don't panic, out of stock items don't usually take too long to come back in stock. However, if you have decorators on standby it may be worth letting them though so they can rearrange your works.
Yes, of course you can change your delivery address after your order has been placed. To do this you can log in to your account and as long as your order hasn't already been shipped you can change your delivery address there. Alternatively, you can email one of our advisors who will be happy to do this for you if you prefer.
Yes. For UK orders, as long as you notify us within 14 days you can send your order back (at your own expense) for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges). Excluding any specially ordered product. For further details, please visit our Returns Policy.
Yes. You can have your items shipped on Express. Express orders usually take 1-3 working days (not including weekends, bank holidays etc) and must be placed before 3pm. There are also restrictions with certain remote postcodes - for a full list see our full deliveries page for details.
